Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse wings (flats and drums) and pat dry.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with vegetable oil salt and pepper.
Position wings on baking rack in a single layer.
Bake rotating halfway through until fully cooked 45-50 minutes.
Remove wings and transfer to a large bowl.
Add sesame oil and olive oil to a saucepan over medium low heat.
Add garlic and ginger and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
Add red pepper flakes, orange marmalade and hoisin sauce. Cook stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Pour orange sauce over wings, tossing to thoroughly coat and serve immediately.
