Method
- Divide Wagyu ground beef into 3 equal portions.
- Carefully form into balls and shape into burger patties. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
- Once hot, place burgers on grill a cook 2 minutes, flip, reduce heat to medium and cook another 2-3 minutes tops.
- Add cheese and cover for the last 30 seconds.
- Toast your Brioche Buns, top with your favorite toppings.
The flavor of the Wagyu is the Star. Serve with a green leaf salad.
