Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- On a large baking sheet place Naan Bread and lightly sprinkle olive oil on Naan.
- Lightly sprinkle dried oregano next.
- Add roasted garlic, red onion, red bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, ricotta, spinach, mushrooms and finally the Mozzarella.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes (checking after the 10 minute mark for firmness of crust).
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
