 Turkey Chops

This time around Kenny is making a new version of the lamb chop- Turkey chops!!!!

Ingredients
  

Turkey chops
  • Add oil to skillet and heat over med temp
  • Once oil and skillet are hot add corn if frozen allow thawing before adding other veggies
  • Add peppers onions add mix well
  • Add season salt and remaining seasoning.
  • Add water or cream and corn starch
  • Simmer for several minutes until liquid and all veggies are thoroughly heated
  • Remove from heat and serve
Cream corn and veggies
  • 1 cup corn frozen or fresh
  • Bell pepper chopped
  • Chopped onions or onion powder
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water or cream
  • 1 Tb garlic pepper
  • 1 Tb seasoning salt
  • 1 Tb cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 Tb oil

Method
 

Turkey chops
  1. In a large bowl or bag add flour
  2. Add chops and fully cover
  3. Add a shallow amount of oil to pan and heat over med flame
  4. Place chops in hot oil and fry 2-3 min per side
Cream corn and veggies
  1. Add oil to skillet and heat over med temp
  2. Once oil and skillet are hot add corn (if frozen allow thawing before adding other veggies)
  3. Add peppers onions add mix well
  4. Add season salt, and remaining seasoning.
  5. Add water or cream and corn starch
  6. Simmer for several minutes until liquid and all veggies are thoroughly heated
  7. Remove from heat and serve
