- In a large bowl combine turkey, vegetables, and egg
- Add seasoning and mix well
- Divide meat into 4 parts
- Flatten into patties and place on parchment paper
- Preheat skillet on med-high heat
- Once the skillet is hot add patties and cooks for 4-5 min per side until browned
- Top with cheese and add a bun
