Ingredients
Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large cast iron skillet heat oil on medium heat.
- Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and done. Remove to a plate.
- In the same skillet mix Honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- Whisk together well and let simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Slice chicken into strips and return to skillet and toss in the sauce.
- Boil macaroni noodles according to package instructions for Al dente. Drain.
- In a pot melt butter.
- Stir in flour then gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper or all purpose Seasoning.
- Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from and add cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add macaroni noodles. Stir a give it a taste. Adjust seasoning if needed. PRO TIP: Reserve some shredded cheese, top macaroni and broil 2-3 minutes until bubbling golden brown.
- Top with Honey Pepper Chicken and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
