Stir Fry made simple chicken or veggie

If you're like a lot of people you love stir fry but it seems too challenging to make at home. Well your lucky day is here 'cus Kenny's taking us into his kitchen to show how simple this meal can be. His stir fry recipe is quick, easy to prepare and can be made with chicken or veggie style. TasteDis!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs chicken light or dark
  • 1 Tb garlic powder
  • 1 Tb black pepper
  • 1 Tb seasoning salt
  • 1 Tb corn starch or corn flour
  • 2-3 Tb oil
  • 2 Tb minced garlic
  • 2 Tb minced ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ Lb snow peas
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Lawry seasoning or chicken seasoning
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 Tb oyster sauce
  • 3 Tb soy sauce

Method
 

  1. in large bowl season chicken with garlic powder, pepper and seasoning salt
  2. Mix well and set to side and marinade for 1-2 hours
  3. In pan or wok add oil
  4. Heat over med hi flame till hot
  5. Add seasoned chicken or substitute
  6. Cook on high heat 3-4 min till brown and pink is gone
  7. In same pan with oil add 2 Tb garlic and 2Tb ginger cook 1 -2 min till brown
  8. Add onions cook 1-2 min till onions are translucent
  9. Add red peppers and snow peas. Stir occasionally for 2 min
  10. Add mushrooms mix and cook 2 min stir frequently
  11. Add 1 tsp of seasoning and mix well for 1 min
  12. Add broccoli florets
  13. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce mix well for 1-2 min
  14. Add chicken or substitute and simmer 1-2 min
  15. Plate and server with white rice.
