In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp oil. Add Shrimp and garlic.
Season with about 1/2 tsp Salt and a pinch of black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Add toasted sesame oil and red pepper flakes to skillet and combine for another minute
Remove from heat and add sesame seeds.
In a large pan heat 2 Tbsp oil on medium heat.
Add Broccoli and onion to the pan season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add cabbage, carrots and roasted cashews with 2 Tbsp water. Cook 1-2 minutes until water evaporates.
Top Stir-fry with spicy shrimp and drizzle with spicy ginger lime Aioli.
