Spicy Sesame Shrimp

This spicy sesame shrimp stir fry recipe is a cooks best friend. Simply stir fry veggies like cabbage, broccoli, add shrimp, spices for a little bit of heat and you have a great meal that's easy to prepare, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp cleaned peeled de-veined
  • 6 oz Broccoli Florets cut into 14in slices
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ¾ oz toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3 ½ oz red cabbage and carrots
  • ½ oz roasted cashews
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp oil. Add Shrimp and garlic.
  2. Season with about 1/2 tsp Salt and a pinch of black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  3. Add toasted sesame oil and red pepper flakes to skillet and combine for another minute
  4. Remove from heat and add sesame seeds.
  5. In a large pan heat 2 Tbsp oil on medium heat.
  6. Add Broccoli and onion to the pan season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
  7. Add cabbage, carrots and roasted cashews with 2 Tbsp water. Cook 1-2 minutes until water evaporates.
  8. Top Stir-fry with spicy shrimp and drizzle with spicy ginger lime Aioli.
