In a large bowl whisk together Seasonings in Olive oil.
Add chicken breasts and thoroughly toss . Set aside and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil in a skillet and saute onions, spinach and red bell peppers about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
In a large cast iron skillet with grill marks (if available) cook chicken breasts 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear.
Remove and set aside 10 minutes before slicing into nice sized chunks.
Lay out spinach wrap and spread a dollop of Mayo and/or Aioli.
Sprinkle cheese and a Tbsp of Pico or peppers.
Next add a small scoop of black beans and corn mixture.
Finally add onions, pepper spinach blend. Top with chicken.
Fold wrap, tuck sides and roll. Slice in half.
