In a large skillet heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat.
Season Shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides or use Cajun Seasoning for a little kick.
Add Shrimp to skillet and cook for 1 1/2 minutes per side (add butter, red bell pepper, and onions once you flip the Shrimp).
Mix well then transfer the Shrimp mixture to a bowl on the side.
In a separate large skillet heat remaining oil and brown tortillas (2 per Taco with American Cheese slice between).
Build your Tacos with Shrimp mixture top with shredded cheese. Melt and top with cilantro and any garnish you desire.
