Seafood cheesesteak

This may be better than the original, the seafood cheesesteak is stuffed with shrimp white fish and yum yum sauce need we say more. TasteDis!

Ingredients
  

  • Salmon or Catfish skinless filet
  • Jumbo Shrimp
  • Broccoli florets
  • Red bell pepper
  • Small onion chopped
  • Black pepper
  • Seasoning salt
  • Jerk seasoning
  • Provolone cheese
Yum Yum sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tb melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp paprika we used sweet Spanish
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup water

Method
 

  1. Clean and dried fillets
  2. Season with seasoning salt, black pepper, and jerk seasoning. Flip and season both sides
  3. Heat pan or grill over med heat until nice and hot
  4. Add 1 Tbs butter to grill
  5. Place filet on hot grill and cook for 2-3 min (cover to help steam filet)
  6. Grill veggie in a separate area of grill or in a different heated pan
  7. Flip fillet and grill for 2-3 min
  8. Break filet into chunks and mix with grilled veggies adding broccoli
  9. Grill shrimp for 2-3 min
  10. Add Yum Yum sauce mix and cover with cheese
  11. Allow cheese to melt slightly scoop into roll or bun. Enjoy
This is the recipe for Yum Yum sauce
  1. Add all ingredients and mix well
  2. Refrigerate several hours or until sugar is fully dissolved
