Method
- In a food processor add chick peas, lemon juice, tahini paste, cumin, Rosemary and salt. Pulse for about 1 minute.
- Add about 3/4 of your roasted garlic (save the rest to mince for garnish). Pulse until blended well.
- Stream in 2 Tbsp Olive Oil and water and pulse until desired texture is reached.
- Serve in dish, sprinkle with desired garnish and serve with pita, Naan Bread or veggie sticks.
Refrigerate in air-tight container.
