In a large mixing bowl place 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
Using a blender mix in 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Blend several minutes until mixture slightly thickens
In a separate bowl using a blender begin to soften and cream the cheese (allow the cream cheese to warm to room temp before using)
Add 1 cup powdered sugar to cream cheese and blend until fluffy
Add peanut butter and continue blending
Fold in half of the heavy cream and sugar mixture with the peanut butter mixture and blend until well mixed
Fill Oreo pie crust with mixture
Cover top of the pie with remaining heavy cream mixture
Chop up Reese's miniature pieces into smaller bits and cover pie
Refrigerate for 4 hours
Melt fudge and peanut butter and drizzle on top
