Philly Cheese-steak Street Tacos

We combined the flavors of Philly cheese steak with the convenience of a street taco to get the Philly Cheese-steak street taco, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Rib-eye Philly Cheese-steak 4 pk
  • 1 pkg corn tortillas street tacos
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 4 oz white Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese Shredded or your favorite cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil divided

Method
 

  1. In a large cast iron skillet heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil on medium heat.
  2. Cook steaks for 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
  3. Flip one more time, add all purpose seasoning, break up steaks with a spatula, add veggies and mix well for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add shredded cheese and remove from heat.
  5. In a separate skillet heat remaining oil and brown tortillas.
  6. Remove taco shells, assemble tacos with Philly Cheese-steak mixture.
