Philly Cheese Steak Burrito

We bogus in the kitchen again!!! Kenny's back whipping up another great quick recipe. This time he's taking a Philly cheesesteak and turning it into a chimichanga-style burrito egg roll just check it out!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 thin-cut rib-eye steaks
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Lawry seasoning
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped green peppers
  • Flour tortillas
  • Nacho cheese sauce
  • Shredded cheese of choice

Method
 

  1. Season steak with dry seasoning (1 tsp each per side)
  2. Preheat frying pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil on med-high heat
  3. Fry steaks 4-6 min flipping every 2 minutes
  4. Once done let the meat sit 1-2 minutes and chop into pieces
  5. With existing oils in the pan saute chopped peppers and onions until translucent
  6. Add chopped steak mix and saute for 2-3 min mixing well (add more oil if needed)
  7. Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center or flour tortilla
  8. Layer with Philly meat and choice of cheese
  9. Fold in sides of tortilla then fold up bottom flap. Holding filling in place roll up tortilla into a burrito
  10. Preheat pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil on med-high heat
  11. Place burrito fold down onto the hot pan
  12. Fry until browned rotate and repeat
