Season steak with dry seasoning (1 tsp each per side)
Preheat frying pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil on med-high heat
Fry steaks 4-6 min flipping every 2 minutes
Once done let the meat sit 1-2 minutes and chop into pieces
With existing oils in the pan saute chopped peppers and onions until translucent
Add chopped steak mix and saute for 2-3 min mixing well (add more oil if needed)
Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center or flour tortilla
Layer with Philly meat and choice of cheese
Fold in sides of tortilla then fold up bottom flap. Holding filling in place roll up tortilla into a burrito
Preheat pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil on med-high heat
Place burrito fold down onto the hot pan
Fry until browned rotate and repeat
