Preheat oven to 350°F
Boil elbow macaroni per Instructions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet melt 2 Tbsp butter over medium low heat. Combine flour and mix well to create a roux. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream stir for 1 minute. Add Creole Seasoning.
Next add half of the Cheddar and Colby Jack cheese and stir until blended well.
Add macaroni and mix well.
Pour macaroni mixture into small ramekin, top with remaining cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Meanwhile in a large skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter and garlic on low heat. Add salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and oregano. Mix well then add lump crab to the mix combining well.
Remove Mac and Cheese from the oven. Top with fresh chopped parsley and garlic butter lump crab
