Pre-cut your steak and vegetables and set aside in separate dishes.
Mix your soy, cornstarch, brown sugar and spices together and place in the refrigerator until ready for use.
Using a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of oil over Medium high heat. Toss in vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Heat the other Tbsp of olive oil over Medium high heat. Add your meat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until starting to brown.
Add vegetables back in as well as your glaze mixture and cook for another 2 minutes just until it starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
Serve over a bed of rice.
