Method
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
- Whisk together.
- Whisk in eggs, milk and butter. Fold in peaches.
- Heat oil in the fryer to 375°F.
- Using a long handled ladle, ladle about 1/3 cup of batter at a time. Work in batches.
- Batter will sink at first and then rise. Cook for 2-3 minutes then remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl add powered sugar and slowly whisk in milk to create a Glaze. Drizzle over fritters.
