Oven Baked Snow Crab Legs

Kenny's making an oven baked crab leg recipe that's fresh, fast, and oh so tasty. This is one of the best way to cook snow crab legs so they turn out tender and delicious. Enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Snow Crab Legs
  • 2 lemons juice of one and wedges of the other for garnish
  • 1 stick unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp garlic minced
  • ½ Tbsp sugar
  • 3 dashes smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. In a bowl combine butter, Sriracha, lemon juice, sugar and paprika and whisk together. Set aside.
  4. Place thawed Crab Legs on baking sheet evenly.
  5. Sprinkle juice of a lemon and minced garlic evenly over Crab.
  6. Cut 4 Tbsp butter into small pieces, place on top of Crab and lightly season with Old Bay Seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Spoon over butter sauce fresh out of the oven.
  9. Dust with more paprika and fresh parsley.
