Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tb butter melted can use vegan butter
  • 1 shallow finely minced
  • 5 chives minced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2-3 Tb horse radish
  • 2 Tb Dejon mustard
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. In bowl whisk ingredients
  2. Let sit 10-15 min
  3. Whisk again
    4. Pairing
    This sauce is great on not only steak but chicken and pork chops too. You can even try it on a sandwich and it go well.
