Method
- Brush olive oil onto naan bread
- Add pesto sauce and spread evenly to edges
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- For the Mediterranean toppings, we add tomatoes, onions, olives, artichokes, and feta
- Preheat oven to 450
- Cook for 5-10 min until cheese is melted
- Once cooked remove from oven and add parsley and arugula
