Cajun corn
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Drizzle oil over Corn bites.
- Dust with all purpose seasoning and Cajun Seasoning. Rub well to assure Corn is covered.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes turning once. Remove and Enjoy
Voodoo fries
- In a medium saucepan melt butter on medium heat until bubbling a bit.
- Whisk flour into melted butter until combined. Cook about 2 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Gradually whisk in milk (about 1/2 a cup at a time until smooth).
- Add salt, pepper, Ranch power and cayenne pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking (stirring frequently for 5 minutes until sauce is thickened).
- Gently stir in shredded cheese with a silicone spoon.
- Continue cooking 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally until Cajun cheese sauce is creamy and thickened. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Fries according to package directions. If fresh cut fry until golden brown (you can also bake or air fry).
- Once Fries are done, transfer to a serving platter.
- Pour over Cheese sauce, sprinkle with additional cayenne pepper if desired. Serve warm.
