Ingredients
  

  • Cocktail glass
  • 1 large cube of ice
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 4 dashes bitters
  • 2 orange peels for garnish
  • 2 ½ ounces Bourbon
  • 1 maraschino cherry Optional

Method
 

  1. Place sugar cube in Cocktail glass
  2. Sprinkle 4 dashes of bitters onto sugar cube.
  3. Muttle sugar cube.
  4. Add ice cube and Bourbon.
  5. Slightly torch orange peel (Optional). Rub peel around rim of glass.
  6. Garnish with orange peel and a maraschino cherry if desired.
