Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Mix together cayenne pepper, paprika, all purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and chili powder.
Season chicken, shrimp and Andouille sausage with mix.
In a large skillet heat 1 Tbsp oil on medium high heat.
Cook chicken about 3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
In same pan melt 1 Tbsp of butter and cook shrimp 2 minutes per side and set aside.
Finally melt last Tbsp of butter and brown Andouille sausage while you saute the red bell peppers about 3 minutes. Set aside.
In same pan pour heavy whipping cream.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
Stir in Fettuccine.
Add red bell pepper. Mix well.
Add chicken, shrimp and Andouille sausage back to the mix.
Combine with pasta and top. Oh yeah!
