Roll meat into golf ball (or slightly larger) size balls
Using parchment paper place meatball between two sheets of paper and press into patties
Place cheese slices or other fillings in the center of the patty but do not go to the edge of the patty
Place another patty on top blending patty edges to totally encase cheese
Repeat process within remaining patties
Salt and pepper both sides of finished patties
Preheat skillet on med-high
Place patties in heated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side
Place burger on bun and top how you like
