Butterfly filet each chicken breast into two pieces
For fajita chicken season with carne asada seasoning and let sit for at least 30 min
For jerk season with dry jerk seasoning followed with Walkerswood seasoning than let sit for at least 30 min
Preheat oiled skillet to medium and cook chicken 10 min per side
Chop cooked fillets into smaller pieces
Oil top of naan bread
Add a layer of marinara sauce
Nest layer either Jerk or fajita chicken pieces
For added flavor sprinkle with pico de gayo and/or giardiniera peppers
Top with mozzarella cheese
Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 min (until cheese melted and crust crispy)
