Honey Jerk Wings

These honey jerk wings are sweat, spicy, and delicious. Take the spicy heat from jerk sauce, blend it with the sweet tangy taste of honey, and you've got mouth-watering magic. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 pounds chicken wings cut into wing dings
  • 1 10 oz jar Grace Jerk Seasoning/Marinade
  • Note: you'll need about 3 Tbsp of the Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp dry Jerk seasoning
  • 5 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. In a large bowl add Jerk Marinade, Worcestershire sauce and honey. Mix well and give it a taste (should be delicious). Set aside.
  3. Assemble wings on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, massage oil in then apply dry jerk seasoning on both sides.
  4. Transfer wings to Marinade bowl. Use your hands and mix wings well in Marinade.
  5. Grill wings 5-7 minutes per side, check for desired done-ness ( you might want to finish the in a 350°F oven for 7-8 minutes for Ultra tenderness.)
  6. Remove from heat and eat.
  7. Serve with Roasted Veggies and Jerk BBQ Sauce.
