Preheat oven to 375°F
Wash Chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl mix dry seasoning ingredients then add olive oil and combine.
Generously season chicken and let marinate at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
Place chicken on wire rack baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes per side.
In a medium sized skillet or saucepan melt butter over medium low heat.
Add garlic, honey, water or chicken stock, soy sauce, lemon juice and lemon slices. Reduce heat to low, simmer and stir until sauce thickens.
Baste chicken with Honey Garlic Lemon sauce and place back in the over for 4-5 minutes until sauce is Caramelized.
Remove and serve with favorite sides.
