Honey Buffalo Chicken

This grilled honey buffalo chicken will leave you begging for more. A savory sweet honey buffalo sauce smothered over seasoned chicken then grilled till they're just right. They'll be a grill'n fav all summer long, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce I used 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce and whisked in 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl whisk together Buffalo sauce, honey and garlic.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and parsley on both sides then coat with about 2 Tbsp of your Buffalo sauce.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  4. Lay chicken smooth side down and cook 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Flip and flip again every 3-4 minutes until juice runs clear and internal temperature of 165° is reached.
  6. Serve Honey Buffalo Chicken with a sprinkle of chopped green onions or parsley if desired with your favorite sides!
