Lightly cover fish in olive oil
Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper
In mixing bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, capers, lemon zesty, paprika, crushed pepper, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley and garlic
Mix thoroughly and set marinade to side for several minutes
Preheat oiled grill over medium hi heat
Place steak on hot grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side
In aluminum foil place half of marinade.
Add grilled steak to foil, top with remaining marinade and close foil and allow fish to sit for 5 min
