Ingredients
Method
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper (about a Tbsp of each).
- Place garlic, Rosemary, basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil in a food processor add pulse until blended well.
- Preheat grill to 350° F or grill pan to medium high heat.
- Grill steaks 3-4 minutes per side (flipping every 2 minutes) or until your desired doneness. Baste with garlic herb oil on every flip.
- Remove from heat. Pour remaining herb oil on steaks and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with grilled colorful bell peppers and smashed potatoes.
