In a medium sized bowl whisk together Buffalo sauce, honey, and garlic.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and dried parsley all over.
Add 2-3 Tbsp of the Honey Buffalo sauce and toss until fully coat chicken.
Heat grill to medium low heat.
Once grill is hot place chicken pieces smooth side down and cook nice and slow for most tender results.
Flip chicken every 3-4 minutes on medium low until juices run clear and internal temperature is between 165-170°F.
Baste chicken with Honey Buffalo sauce on the last few flips.
Serve Honey Buffalo Chicken with a light sprinkle of fresh green onions and a fresh spring salad or your favorite side.
