Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and seasoning salt
- Preheat oiled skillet over med-high heat
- Grill chicken for 5-7 min per side
- Remove chicken and cut into slices
- Re-grill slices 3-5 min
- Warm Pita bread in an oiled pan
- Add a slice of cheese to pita
- Pile on chicken slices, onions, tomatoes, feta, and tzatziki sauce
