Method
- Place shrimp in a large bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper and Cajun Seasoning.
- Drizzle a Tbsp of oil over the top and mix together well.
- Bring a large skillet to medium heat.
- Drizzle with remaining Tbsp of oil.
- Add Shrimp then add smoked sausage slices. Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip shrimp and sausage.
- Add fresh garlic and butter.
- Saute the magic then add lemon juice, parsley and red pepper flakes.
- Give a mix, remove from heat and serve immediately over white rice or Solo Dolo!
