Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp cleaned peeled and de-veined
  • 1 smoked sausage sliced
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon or lime

Method
 

  1. Place shrimp in a large bowl.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper and Cajun Seasoning.
  3. Drizzle a Tbsp of oil over the top and mix together well.
  4. Bring a large skillet to medium heat.
  5. Drizzle with remaining Tbsp of oil.
  6. Add Shrimp then add smoked sausage slices. Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip shrimp and sausage.
  7. Add fresh garlic and butter.
  8. Saute the magic then add lemon juice, parsley and red pepper flakes.
  9. Give a mix, remove from heat and serve immediately over white rice or Solo Dolo!
