Method
- In a large pot of water cook noodles according to package directions.
- Add your Broccoli in the last 5 minutes until tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil to a large cast iron skillet and cook on medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add your garlic and mushrooms, combine and cook for another minute or so.
- In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, red pepper and cornstarch.
- Add your Broccoli and noodles to the mix, pour sauce over the top, toss
