Burgers
- Thinly slice onions
- Grill onions in pan until slightly brown and caramelize then set to side
- Roll ground meat into golf ball size portions
- Season generously with salt and pepper
- Heat larg pan over med heat until hot
- Place meat balls in pan and let sear. Do not press patty
- Cook for 1 minute
- Flip burger and press into patty. Let cook for several minute
- Flip again and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned
- Add cheese
- Butter several pieces of sour dough bread and toast in toaster oven until slightly brown
- Build sandwich with Frisco sauce, caramelized onions and burger

- Mix Thousand Island and Russian dressing ingredients
