Fresh Baked Atlantic Cod

A delicious baked cod recipe seasoned with herbs, spices, lemon and olive oil. Baked in a decadent sauce and ready in under 20 min. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Atlantic Cod
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil or Grape-seed oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasonings
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon 1/2 for garnish and 1/2 for juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Rinse and wash fish with lemon juice and water. Pat dry with paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl mix all seasoning ingredients together and cover all sides of fish generously.
  4. Drizzle oil over fish.
  5. In a large baking dish bake fish for 15-20 minutes until desired texture.
  6. Garnish with lemon juice and parsley over some fresh greens of your choice.
