Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Rinse and wash fish with lemon juice and water. Pat dry with paper towel.
- In a small bowl mix all seasoning ingredients together and cover all sides of fish generously.
- Drizzle oil over fish.
- In a large baking dish bake fish for 15-20 minutes until desired texture.
Garnish with lemon juice and parsley over some fresh greens of your choice.
