Ingredients
  

Dry batter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp turmeric
Wet batter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp dill sea
  • 1 beer 6 oz.
  • ½ cup pickle juice
chips
  • 2-3 potatoes

Method
 

Fish
  1. Prepare the wet and dry batter by combining ingredients
  2. Preheat skillet and oil to 350 med-high heat
  3. Dredge fish is dry batter
  4. Place dredged fish in wet batter
  5. Deep fry fish fillets in hot oil for 4-5 min
  6. Dry fillets on wire rack
Chips
  1. Peel potatoes
  2. Cut into thick wedges
  3. Deep fry in hot oil for 5 min until golden brown
  4. A side of tartar sauce and a lemon wedge is all you need to complete this meal.
