Chop potatoes into small wedges and broccoli into small florets. Corn can be cut into smaller pieces also
Place veggies into separate baking pans
Drizzle veggies with olive oil and seasoned with garlic powder, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning
Preheat ovenĀ 425
Bake times: broccoli 15 min, corn 30-45 min, potatoes 45 min -1 hr (check veggie every 15 min)
Season with butter and basil once done
Season fish with garlic powder, pepper, and Old Bay
Place in a baking pan and cook for 30 min in preheated oven on 350 (check every 10-15 min)
