Delicious Balsamic Tomatoes

Here's a great alternative to a boring salad, Balsamic tomatoes. This is a simple and delicious dish that kinda healthy and you can add to a healthy eating plan, Balsamic tomatoes. Enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Wash/Rinse tomatoes.
  2. Cut into bite-sized chunks. Add to a bowl.
  3. Add thinly sliced red onion to the tomatoes.
  4. Add your brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Add your Balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Toss everything together well.
