Method
- Cut salmon into small cubes.
- In a large bowl add 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning, and 1/2 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning. Mix well.
- Add remaining seasoning to flour and toss salmon bites until coated well.
- Bring about 2 cups of vegetable oil to 350°F
- Cook salmon in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towel.
- Serve immediately with cilantro lime rice and lime wedges for garnish.
