Kenny Bogus is back in the kitchen grilling up some Creole lamb chops.

Ingredients
  

  • Lamb chops
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Creole seasoning

Method
 

  1. Tenderize both sides of lamb chop
  2. Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and creole seasoning
  3. Pat seasoning into the meat making sure to cover both sides and fatty areas
  4. Preheat pan or grill over medium-high heat
  5. Cook meat 4-5 minutes per side
  6. Allow meat to sit several minutes before serving
