Crab and Spinach Stuffed Salmon and Shrimp

This crab and spinach stuffed salmon and shrimp is a seafood lovers delight. Packed with over the top goodness each bite is packed with tender shrimp on a layered of creamy crab meat and it all sits atop a flaky fillet of salmon, what more could you ask for, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 pieces of salmon fillets
  • 10-12 large or Jumbo Shrimp cleaned peeled de-veined tail off
  • 4-8 oz container crab meat lump or claw
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup spinach cooked or frozen if frozen, let thaw and squeeze out liquid in a paper towel
  • 2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Kinder's The Blend or favorite All Purpose Seasoning or seafood Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Juice of half a lemon or more

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with 1/3 of your onion powder, Old Bay, Cajun and All Purpose Seasoning.
  2. With a pairing knife cut a small pocket in your salmon fillets. Set aside.
  3. Season your Shrimp with 1/3 of the same seasonings. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl add cream cheese, spinach and crab meat. Add remaining seasoning and mix well.
  5. Stuff salmon with crab meat mixture, top with shrimp and bake at 350°F for 17-21 minutes (basting with melted butter about halfway in).
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
