Method
- Season salmon with 1/3 of your onion powder, Old Bay, Cajun and All Purpose Seasoning.
- With a pairing knife cut a small pocket in your salmon fillets. Set aside.
- Season your Shrimp with 1/3 of the same seasonings. Set aside.
- In a bowl add cream cheese, spinach and crab meat. Add remaining seasoning and mix well.
- Stuff salmon with crab meat mixture, top with shrimp and bake at 350°F for 17-21 minutes (basting with melted butter about halfway in).
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
