Method
- Season both sides of steak with seasoning blend
- Top both sides off evenly with rosemary
- Preheat cast-iron skillet over med-high temp (add 1 tsp oil)
- Once the skillet is hot drop in the steak (it should sizzle)
- Let the meat cook 4 min per side you (can add 1 Tb of butter halfway thru)
This rib-eye comes out great every time, just plate and enjoy!
