Chopped Chicken Grinder Rolls

These chopped chicken grinder rolls are amazing as a snack or meal. It's made with grilled skinless chicken breast that's marinaded in a bold sauce then served on a toasted bun and topped with cheese and  a succulent salad, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Season chicken with the Blend spice and Cajun Seasoning.
  • Place in a large bowl pour on Marinade and massage until thoroughly coated. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl add mayonnaise olive oil, red wine vinegar salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Whisk together then add pepperoncini red onions and lettuce. Toss together well. Set aside.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp Olive Oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes until succulent.
  • Remove and let rest 7-8 minutes before slicing.
  • Toast buns if desired. Add Provolone slices and a layer of chicken.
  • Place in oven just until the cheese melts through.
  • Remove and add Grinder Salad toppings
