To start your sweet sauce heat oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, onion, and green pepper. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and orange/pineapple juice. Mix well and let simmer.
Bring cast iron griddle or large skillet to medium high heat, add oil.
Once hot add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Season with Kosher salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
Flip once more and chop with your meat cleaver. Add diced onion and mix.
Cut open hoagie rolls and steam it.
Place American Cheese over steak and let melt.
Cover with steamed hoagie roll then carefully scoop in steak and flip.
Top with sweet sauce and sweet peppers.
