Preheat oil in a skillet over med-high heat.
Add ground beef, small chopped onion, and saute for 7-10 minutes over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning. Drain extra oil.
Next, add chopped bell pepper and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Finally, turn off the heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese and add the cheesy beef mixture to a hoagy roll.
Top with more cheese. Serve with Cheddar Broccoli Soup
