Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich

Everybody is talking about who's got the best chicken sandwich, well Kenny's in the kitchen again and he's gonna show you how to make the very best chicken sandwich at home. Enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • In a large bowl mix 1 cup buttermilk and hot sauce. whisk well and set to the side
  • Wrap chicken breast in plastic wrap and tenderize with a mallet
  • Season breast with salt pepper and Cajun seasoning optional
  • Mix 1 cup of flour to 1/2 cup corn starch and 1 tbsp paprika
  • Dredge chicken breast in buttermilk mixture and then in flour mixture
  • Preheat oil in fryer or pan to med-high heat
  • Place breast in hot oil and cook 3-5 min per side until golden brown
  • Mix 1 1/2 tbsp of mayo with 1 tsp sriracha
  • Toast bun then coats bottom bun with mayo sauce. Add chicken breast and pickles
