Broiled Lobster Tail

Yeah, you read it right, somehow Kenny wandered back into the kitchen and broiled a lobster tail. A LOBSTER!! And it's easy and delicious!!

Ingredients
  

  • Lobster tails fresh or frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Thaw frozen lobster before cooking
  2. Cut shell from head to tail with scissors
  3. Split open shell and carefully separate the shell from meat (do not completely remove meat from the shell)
  4. Lay meat on top of the shell and remove the vein and unwanted parts
  5. Place a lemon wedge under meat inside of the shell
  6. Lightly season meat with salt, pepper, and paprika
  7. Oil a baking pan and place lobster in the pan
  8. Preheat oven to 500
  9. Cover lobster in butter and broil for 5-7 min
