Polenta corn grits
Method
Season both side of filet with the spice mix
Preheat skillet (medium heat) with 1 tsp butter
Cook fillet 2-3 min per side
Boil 3 cups water 1 tsp salt
Add Polenta to water simmer for 10 minutes
